Oo <br /> <br />Po <br /> <br />A-445 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these employees do not qualify as members of the Teaching <br />Assistants bargaining unit or have not completed probation, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the School Board of Independent School District <br />#728, that the employees listed on A-454/455, have their employment <br />terminated effective June 18, 2004. <br /> <br />Parent Liaison Stipend <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve the increase of $1,000 per <br />school year to the contribution made from Fund 01 for the Parent <br />Liaison stipend, effective for the 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 school <br />years. <br /> <br />Termination of Acting Incumbent Teacher Contract <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board adopt the Resolution Relating to the <br />Termination and Nonrenewal of the Teaching Contract of Chad M. <br />Kreuser, a Long-Term Substitute Teacher, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chad M. Kreuser is a long-term substitute teacher in <br />Independent School District 728, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of Independent School District <br />728, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 123.35 Subd. 5 and 125.12 Subd. <br />3, that the long-term substitute teaching contract of Chad M. Kreuser is <br />hereby terminated upon the expiration of the current contract. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that written notice be sent to said teacher <br />regarding termination and non-renewal of the contract of Chad M. Kreuser <br />as provided by law, by certified mail or personally, and that an affidavit of <br />same be placed on file together with a copy of the notice. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR INFORMATION <br /> <br />This is the time designated for the entire Board to request specific information or <br />data to assist the Board in making governance decisions. The administration will <br />respond to their requests in a timely manner. <br /> <br /> <br />
