LOADING SPACES/OVERHEAD DOORS-ADDITION TO LOADING <br /> SPACES/OVERHEAD DOORS AS NOTED: <br /> LOADING SPACES AND OVERHEAD DOORS MAY BE ALLOWED IN FRONT <br /> YARDS AS A CONDITIONAL USE. <br /> G. ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS-CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO <br /> ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS AS NOTED: <br /> CLASS I MATERIALS: BRICK,MARBLE, GRANITE OR OTHER NATURAL STONE, <br /> TEXTURED CEMENT STUCCO, COPPER, STAINLESS STEEL, GLASS AND <br /> INTEGRAL COLORED SPLIT FACE(ROCK FACE) BLOCK. THE BUILDING FACE <br /> SHALL NOT BE COMPRISED OF MORE THAN 50 PERCENT INTEGRAL COLORED <br /> SPLIT FACE(ROCK FACE) BLOCK OR STUCCO. <br /> ALL BUILDINGS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF MATERIAL LISTED AS EITHER <br /> CLASS II MATERIALS.
