Conduct a 100%review meeting with city staff. <br /> Construction Administration <br /> The Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Prepare an ad for bid, bidding support,pre-construction meeting,assume bi-weekly <br /> construction meetings. <br /> 2. Utilize the lower parking lot as the staging area for construction equipment and materials. <br /> 3. Review pay requests and recommended action to staff. <br /> 4. Process change orders,if required. <br /> 5. Complete inspections;prepare project punch lists and coordination of close-out <br /> documentation. <br /> All permit and other regulatory review fees shall be paid by the consultant and will be reimbursed <br /> by the city. These costs shall not be included in the consultants proposed fee for the project. <br /> Section 4 Proposals <br /> The proposal shall contain the type of information summarized below. Additional information is <br /> allowable,providing it is direcdv relevant to the proposed project. <br /> Proposal Format <br /> The submittal should follow the Table of Contents listed below: <br /> 1. General Firm Introduction (include your firms expertise on the subject of this project) <br /> 2. Project Understanding <br /> 3. Project Approach <br /> 4. Proposed Project Team and Experience <br /> 5. Schedule <br /> 6. Any Additional Information as Needed <br /> 7. Consultant Cost <br /> 8. Insurance Certificate <br /> A brief description of each section is as follows: <br /> 1. General Information <br /> Give general information and a brief history of the consulting firm.
