G.. <br /> Similar to Elk River,Austin Utilities and Grand Forks Public <br /> Works had divisions and operations that were scattered <br /> throughout the city in multiple locations. Each division had <br /> over time,developed their own means and methods of OP' <br /> operating in a silo. Through working directly with the <br /> stakeholders to define their needs,TKDA assisted Austin and Understanding Needs: Applying <br /> Grand Forks to define their goals and both site and building <br /> operational needs. Utilizing the information gained from Expertise + Creativity <br /> meetings with staff,TKDA developed a master plan and site/ <br /> With a genuine interest in these types of facilities,our team <br /> building program that joined the disparate groups into one <br /> collaborates with Elk River staff from each operational area to <br /> well-functioning unit in a common facility. <br /> understand each group's needs and challenges.With this <br /> understanding,we apply TKDA expertise and creativity to <br /> This was accomplished through the following actions: <br /> assist in solving functional problems.
