<br /> As part of the development of a new campus master plan
<br /> for the City of Roseville,expansion and renovation of the
<br /> s > i public works facilities were identified as a high priority.
<br /> r " The existing public works building included several
<br /> }, additions over the course of 40 years and the overall
<br /> _,.....-•-••• facility was inefficient and unable to accommodate the
<br /> quantity and size of vehicles in the city's fleet.
<br /> :,_ / The new plan included demolition of several of the oldest
<br /> i buildings at the center of the facility and construction of
<br /> i' lr- -, 1 " - Iii." a new, drive-though vehicle storage garage and vehicle
<br /> _``y ^ i maintenance facility. Work also included upgrades to
<br /> A i - the remaining garage areas, remodeling and expansion

<br /> $6,459,800 Police&City Hall upgrades, 14,900 sf of major renovation and 34,400 sf
