The HRA developed the attached Study Area Boundary and <br /> Long-Term Vision for the area. <br /> The Study Area includes a mix of retail and service, office,residential, and industrial land <br /> uses. As indicated on the attached Year Built Map,most of the homes located within the <br /> Study Area were built in the 1950s and 60s and the highest concentration of properties built <br /> in the 1890s are located along Jackson Ave. <br />
