Business Retention Strategy <br /> Business Retention Program <br /> In May, a business retention and expansion (BRE)visit was held with Rich Duggen and <br /> Charles Butcher of Marketech. EDA commissioners Gongoll and Kuester attended the visit <br /> along with staff.
