However, with the expansion of the building and necessary expansion <br /> of the driving and parking area and also a future parking area shown out near the <br /> street, it does not leave any room for the on site sewer system and well. This <br /> area is scheduled to receive City sanitary sewer and water as part of the East Elk <br /> River Improvement. However, those utilities may not be available for hook-up <br /> until late next year. This raises two questions.
