Deliveries are loaded at the warehouse during the day. Delivery trucks are <br /> stored off site at night. <br /> This lot was plotted in the past by someone else and is unique in shape. Making a <br /> good use of it will be difficult. A better shaped lot would allow for this addition. <br /> It will have loading docks facing the street.
