Update on Field Reservation Policy <br />I am working with the City of Elk River attorney to develop a policy. He will forward me something as <br />soon as it is complete. I believe we will need to wait until next year to implement this policy if we make <br />the change as the season will be too far along this year before we get have a new policy finalized. <br /> <br /> <br />
