TKDA <br /> <br />GhK31NEE~8 · AI:K~.~EGT~ · ~ <br /> <br />with project staff. <br /> <br />Review the products developed in each work task and <br />recommend appropriate additions and corrections. <br /> <br />Monitor the actual schedule and budget compared to the <br />projected schedule and budget. <br /> <br />· Prepare monthly progress reports <br /> completed and financial status. <br /> <br />The deliverables under this task will <br /> <br />outlining the work <br /> <br /> be a detailed Project <br />Management Plan and Project Schedule which will include: <br /> <br />· Description of work to be completed. <br /> <br />· Firm responsibility for each task. <br /> <br />· Products resulting from each task. <br /> <br />· Task budget. <br /> <br />· Schedule, including critical review and decision points for <br /> each task. <br /> <br />· Interrelationships among tasks. <br /> <br />The schedule on the following page will form the basis for the <br />work to be completed by October 31, 2000. As part of the <br />Project Management Plan a detailed work task schedule will <br />be prepared and will be monitored by the project manager. <br />As stated earlier, the TKDA Team is committed to completing <br />the project within'the time flame established by the NCDA. <br />The TKDA Team:s projected budget for completing <br />Preliminary Engineering of Track and Railroad Improvements <br />for the Northstar Corridor is included on page 60. The budget <br />is broken down by task and team member responsibility. <br /> <br />Detailed Quality Control Plans for both TKDA and TCS are <br />included in Appendix A of this proposal. We take these plans <br />very seriously and provide continuing education to all of our <br />project managers to .reinforce the idea that quality means <br />SI.
