City Council Minutes <br />April 3, 2000 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />175th Avenue <br /> <br />Discussion took place regarding the 175th Avenue project in 2001 and whether <br />the Council should consider extending sewer and water when the road is <br />reconstructed. Mayor Klinzing suggested not extending sewer and water at this <br />point and further suggested that this project is a higher priority for use of city street <br />reserves as compared to the north frontage road part of the Highway 10/Business <br />Center Drive project. <br /> <br />Paving of Baldwin Street <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER THOMPSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF $10,000 TO <br />BAUERLY BROTHERS FOR PAVING BALDWIN STREET. COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />5.
