In 2014, the <br />City commissioned a study of the area, seeking guidance in the review of potential land uses and perhaps <br />more importantly, the infrastructure needs to support these uses. <br />The City's consultant has prepared a plan to address these questions; this plan was introduced on March <br />16. Planning Commissioners received a paper copy of the plan earlier this week. <br />The Planning Commission is asked to review, provide comment, and accept the plan.
