Project <br /> <br />ACTIONS OF THE NORTHSTAR CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY (NCDA) <br /> AT THE JANUARY 6, 2000 MEETING: <br /> <br />· The NCDA elected Paul Ostrow, City of Minneapolis, Vice Chair for the term <br />January 6, 2000 to January 2001. <br />· The NCDA approved Resolution 2000-1 recognizing Gerry Donlin for his leader- <br />ship and steadfast service to the Northstar Corridor Development Authority and <br />expressing its desire for Mr. Donlin's ongoing support and involvement in the <br />development of commuter rail and the Northstar Corridor. <br />· The NCDA approved Resolution 2000-2 calling for the development of multi- <br />modal transit facilities in Big Lake, Elk River, and Riverdale and the evaluation of <br />East St. Cloud as a potential fourth site for a multimodal transit facility. Planning <br />and development of the facilities, as well as funding, will be done by Mn/DOT. <br />· The NCDA approved the proposed 2000-2001 legislative strategy.
