<br />The Northstar Corridor Development Authority met on January 6, 2000. at 4:30 p.m. at the
<br />Sherbume County Government Center, Elk River, Minnesota.
<br />
<br />The following members, alternates and citizens were present:

<br />Mary Richardson, Stephanie Eiler, Tim Yantos, Yvonne Chaillet, David Loch, Rick Speak, Dan
<br />Erhart, Paul McCarron, Duane Grandy, Duane Cekalla, Mark Stenglein, Terry Nagorski. Betsv
<br />Wergin, Jean Keely, Gerry Donlin, Pete Beberg, Jim Dickinson, Stephmfie Klinzing, Scott
<br />Harlicker, Steve Billings, Paul Ostrow, Patrick Cairns, John Norgren, Jerry Goebel, Carl Yilek,

<br />The meeting was called to order at 4:35 p.m.
<br />
<br />A motion was made by Patrick Cairns, seconded by Mark Stenglein and carried
<br />unanimously to approve the agenda of January 6, 2000, and the minutes of December 9,
<br />1999, as presented.
<br />
<br />Betsy Wergin, Chairperson, called for nominations for the election of the 2000 Vice-
<br />Chairperson replacing Gerry Donlin.

<br />Dan Erhart nominated Paul Ostrow
<br />
<br />A motion was made by Dan Erhart, seconded by Jim Dickinson and carried unanimously
<br />to close nominations for 2000 Vice Chairperson and to cast a unanimous ballot for Paul
<br />Ostrow as 2000 Vice Chairperson to the Northstar Corridor Development Authority for
<br />the period of January 6, 2000 to January 2001.
<br />
<br />A motion was made by Duane Grandy, seconded by John Norgren and carried
<br />unanimously to approve Resolution #2000-1 whereby the Northstar Corridor
<br />Development Authority extends its sincere appreciation for Gerry Donlin's leadership,
<br />his commitment to working within the structure of the Authority to find a viable solution
<br />to the transportation needs of the Corridor, and his steadfast service to the Northstar
<br />
