MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />Agenda Item #4a <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />December 29, 1999 <br /> <br />NCDA <br /> <br />Executive Committee <br /> <br />Multi-Modal Transit Facility Development - Site Selection <br /> <br />At its December 9 meeting, the NCDA authorized working with Mn/DOT to <br />develop up to four initial multi-modal [ransit facilities in the Northstar <br />Corridor. At its December 16, 1999 meeting, the Executive Committee <br />considered the attached evaluation of potential multi-modal station sites. <br />Based on the technical evaluation, the Committee recommends that the <br />locations for immediate implementation include Big Lake, Elk River and <br />Riverdale.
