'When an applicant fails to conform to any_provision of this policy, through final completion <br />and /or occupancy, the City may take the following actions, subject to Enforcement process <br />set forth in Section 78 -505: <br />i. Permit Revocation - Revoke any permit issued or authorized by the City to the <br />applicant for the site in question or any other of the applicant's sites within the <br />City's jurisdiction. <br />ii. Correction by the City – The City- reserves the right to perform mitigation measures <br />to prevent public harm or nuisance, such as recovering sediment that has escaped <br />the site onto a City street or into a stormwater conve yance or BMP. The appfican t <br />will be required to reimburse the Citv_ for all costs incurred in performing mitigation <br />work. <br />iii.
