Background <br /> The state of Minnesota, acting through its agency,the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission(MASC),is se.king interested <br /> applicants for a youth spa=and recreation gran program. Objectives <br /> This funding is provided to increase the involvement of at-risk youth in before-school,after-school,and suttmer <br /> through partnerships that effectively utilize and build on existing community resources.
