6 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />Stair Climb <br />Grab the 50-foot 2 ½ inch hose bundle used <br />in Task 5 and proceed down the stairs, <br />touching each step, walk arotmd the cone at <br />the bottom, and back up and down the sta/rs, <br />leaving the hose bundle at the bottom of the <br />staks. <br /> <br />Forcible Entry <br />Strike the beam, using the flat end of the <br />maul, on the plywood simulator a distance <br />of 6 feet using the provided maul. This task <br />is complete when the end of the beam <br />crosses the 6-foot line. <br /> <br />Hose Drag <br />Pick-up a 100-foot, 1 ~A inch charged hose <br />hand line and drag it straight ahead for a <br />distance of 50 feet. '" <br /> <br />Fan Lift <br />At the Aerial Ladder pump panel landing, <br />grab and move the 20" gas powered fan <br />from the top of the pump landing. Place the <br />fan on the ground, remove your hands and <br />return to standing straight up. Grab and <br />move the fan fi.om the ground again and <br />place the fan on top of the pump landing. <br />The assessment shall be completed when the <br />fan has been replaced on top of the pump <br />landhag. <br /> <br /> <br />
