Horton is requesting approval of two land use requests; rezoning from <br />Rld (Single Family Residential) to R3 (Townhome District) and a preliminary plat. If <br />approved, this would allow construction of 149 dwelling units on 38 acres of land. <br /> <br />The original applications submitted with the request for a waiver to the townhome <br />moratorium were withdrawn by the applicant.
