Full - Time Professional Staff: <br /> Full-time ABA Regional Directors are available to provide the track operator with <br /> a personal contact at the ABA as well as information and guidance. The track <br /> operator deals directly with the Regional Director's at the ABA main office. <br /> 2. Accurate and Timely Points: <br /> A sophisticated computer system is utilized enabling the ABA to offer District, <br /> State Championship,National Age Group and Overall National points programs. <br /> ABA keeps track of all of these points standings. The track operator has access <br /> to these standings through ABA's Regional Directors. <br /> 3. Year End Awards: <br /> • At the conclusion of each race season,top finishers in all points categories <br /> (district, state championship,national by age, and top overall national)receive <br /> recognition and awards, supplied by the ABA, for their competitive efforts. <br /> 4. Track Liability Insurance: <br /> The ABA offers complete$1 million liability coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a <br /> year for the track operator and land owner, at a very reasonable price. <br /> 5. National Advertising and Promotions: <br /> All tracks appear every month in a directory printed in the BMXer, the national <br /> publication of the ABA. The BMXer offers to ABA track operators discounts on <br /> • advertising space. With the BMXer, advertising will reach thousands of riders. <br /> The ABA also advertises in other publications that promote the sport or are <br /> oriented towards the BMX market. The ABA promotes major races that expose <br /> the sport to thousands of new people. Additionally,the ABA promotes the <br /> Leukemia"Race for Life"program on a national basis, which has raised well over <br /> 2 million dollars to help find a cure for this dreaded disease. ABA has six(6) <br /> television shows produced and aired on Prime Network nationwide to over one <br /> million households. The ABA has numerous TV commercials produced each year <br /> and offers them locally on a co-op program.to track operators.
