The amendment did not regulate signs four square feet in sign area or below, other <br /> than the required ten foot property line setback established for all signs. <br /> Section 30-801 regulates home occupations,including permitted signage. The current ordinance limits <br /> home business signage to two square feet. Staff proposes increasing the maximum sign size to four square <br /> feet to reflect the changes made to the sign ordinance.
