The new amendment does not regulate signs four square feet in sign area or below, other <br /> than the required 10-foot property line setback established for all signs. <br /> The current home occupation ordinance, Sec. 30-801,limits home business signage to two square feet. <br /> Staff proposes increasing the maximum sign size to four square feet to reflect the changes made to the <br /> sign ordinance.
