Your drivers are courteous, helpful and smiling, in spite of the current <br />stresses. The passengers who ride the Northstar Con~-nuter Coach are also among the most <br />polite folks in the metro area. We actually have male riders who will stand for a female <br />passenger! How often do you see that anymore? <br /> <br />During the strike EVERY bus I have been on has been standing room only. I just needed to let <br />you know how much I personally appreciate your service to us in the Northland - who cannot <br />wait for light (sic) rail :o) <br /> <br />Susan E. Holmes <br /> <br />I wish prior to the strike, something would have been done to recognize the true supporters of the <br />Northstar route as now we are lumped in with the other people who will leave the route once the <br />strike is over.
