However, this meeting has <br />not officially been called. Accordingly, a motion by the City Council to call a special meeting <br />is appropriate. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />It is recommended that the City Council call a special meeting from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., <br />on Monday, April 26, 2004 to be held at the Elk River City Hall for the purpose of <br />considering a regular business consent agenda and beginning work on the citywide goal <br />setting/strategic planning project. <br /> <br />S:\Council\Pat\2004\ CallSpecMtg41904. doc <br /> <br /> <br />
