Consider 10 /06/2014 Agenda <br /> Mayor Dietz added discussion about roundabouts. <br /> ''Moved by Councilmember Motin and seconded by Councilmember Wilson to <br /> approve the October 6, 2014, agenda as amended. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 4. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br /> Wilson to approve the following consent agenda: <br /> 4.1 September 8, 2014, Special City Council and September 15, 2014, <br /> Regular City Council minutes. <br /> 4.2 Check register as outlined in the staff report. <br /> 4.3 Memorandum of Understanding with Sherburne County Soil and <br /> Water Conservation District for the completion of Lake Orono Sub- <br /> watershed Assessment. <br /> 4.4 Northern Natural Gas Encroachment Agreement for crossing a <br /> pipeline easement with improvements in Nature's Edge Center Phase <br /> 2. <br />
