Station, remodel City Hall, have some staff move back to City Hall, and the much longer <br />time and more expenses this process would have required). A project like this happens only <br />every ten years or so, and all the city employees have generally been understanding and <br />cooperative about our temporary situation. Nonetheless, every once in awhile, and this can <br />be expected, people do get upset at their surroundings, the inconveniences that we are <br />experiencing, and some of the disruptions that happen.
