Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meeting of the Elk River <br /> Heritage Preservation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 2. Consider 4/10/03 Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER LUNDBERG MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER GONGOLL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br /> MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> • 3. Consider 3/13/03 Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER LUNDBERG MOVED TO APPROVE THE 3/13/03 <br /> MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. COMMISSIONER DWYER SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 4. Consider Items on Planning Commission 4/22/03 Agenda <br /> The Commission reviewed the items on the 4/22/03 Planning Commission agenda <br /> and felt that most of the items did not have potential conflicts with any known <br /> cultural or historic resources with some exceptions. <br /> COMMISSIONER DWYER MOVED TO RECOMMEND THE <br /> FOLLOWING CONDITION BE PLACED ON THE SCHMIDT GRAVEL <br /> MINING, KINGDOM ESTATES AND CITY MAINTENANCE BUILDING <br /> PROJECTS: "ANY ITEM OR CONDITION FOUND THAT.INDICATES <br /> THE SITE IS LIKELY TO YIELD INFORMATION IMPORTANT TO <br /> PRE-HISTORY OR HISTORY SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE CITY <br /> IMMEDIATELY. FURTHER,THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO <br /> STOP WORK AUTHORIZED IN ITS APPROVAL UNTIL THE SITE IS <br /> APPROPRIATELY INVESTIGATED AND WORK IS AUTHORIZED TO <br /> CONTINUE BY THE CITY." COMMISIONER GONGOLL SECONDED <br /> IPTHE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br />
