Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meetin g of the Elk River <br /> Heritage Preservation Commission was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m. <br /> 2. Consider 3/13/03 Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER LUNDBERG MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER GONGOLL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3. Consider 2/13/03 Minutes <br /> • COMMISSIONER LUNDBERG MOVED TO APPROVE THE 2/13/03 <br /> MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. COMMISSIONER OLSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Consider Items on Planning Commission 3/25/03 Agenda <br /> The Commission reviewed the items on the 3/25/03 Planning Commission agenda <br /> and felt that none of the items had potential conflicts with any known cultural or <br /> historic resources. <br /> 5. Consider Conducting Oral Interviews in 2003 <br /> The Commission again discussed conducting oral interviews using volunteers. It <br /> was generally felt that the HPC needed to better understand this process and <br /> develop a definite plan prior to asking for volunteer help or commencing with the <br /> project. For April's meeting, each HPC member will come prepared with a list of <br /> what they believe are significant themes in Elk River's past and who should be <br /> interviewed. Kurt Kragness will contact the Oral History Society regarding <br /> someone to provide training for the volunteers <br /> • <br />
