• A9 was changed to"Contract with a bike share business"instead of"Contract a bike <br /> share business" <br /> • B3 was changed to"Provide training to 10 businesses(owners and employees) <br /> instead of"Provide training to 10 business owners and employees". <br /> With the previous changes,the City Council approved by motion the passage of the Action <br /> Plan on July 21,2014. <br /> 7.2 Energy City Commission members and Economic Development staff attended the <br /> Demonstration site tour for the Special Meeting on July 16. Sagstetter and Mroz gave a brief <br /> presentation at the Environmental Learning Center which included a tour of the Landfill <br /> gas-to-energy plant at the Elk River Landfill.We also toured both the Great River Energy <br /> Resource Processing Plant and the Energy Recovery Station. <br /> 7.3 The City Council approved a quote from Great Northern Landscape,Inc. for the Library <br /> facility grounds improvements on August 4,2014.These plans included removing the rain <br /> garden in the parking lot island and altering the rain garden on the north edge. <br /> Staff prepared a memo and met with Finance,Library,Parks Maintenance,and Parks and <br /> Recreation Staff on August 8,2014.
