More <br /> detailed information will be provided verbally. <br /> 5.1 The Energy City Commission has received a$2000 grant for the Regional Indicators <br /> Initiative in order to measure annual performance in the areas of Energy Water,Travel,and <br /> Waste from 2007-2013.The price for involvement has increased from$3000 to$3500 but <br /> now includes data for 2013. The City commitment will now be$1500. <br /> The 2014 budget currently has $1000 for"Other Professional Services"available.The <br /> remaining$500 can come from Travel and Training.This change will require a budget <br /> amendment by the City Council in December. <br /> 5.2 The Energy City High 5 Program was started in 2010 to encourage businesses within Elk <br /> River to participate in Energy City initiatives and goals. Interested businesses are required to <br /> complete a number of tasks,with the option of completing other tasks to increase their <br /> score. Each task is given a certain amount of points and businesses can achieve one of three <br /> levels (Single,double,or triple High 5). Each level provides the business with unique <br /> rewards.Please see the attached High 5 Packet for more information. <br /> The program is fully formed for businesses and Faribault Foods was awarded with a plaque <br /> in 2011.
