The public art installation <br /> will serve as a focal point of the city and will be tied visually and physically to the surrounding environment <br /> and communtiy. This significant public art installation will be highly visible to the community and tourists. <br /> The public art installation must complement the natural environment and define what the City of Elk River <br /> and "Powered by Nature" means to the artist. You must complete and submit this registration form to be <br /> eligible to submit a formal proposal.
