He discussed Mr. 'fillmari's, work history and <br /> noted be was responsible for a large part of Westbound 1,iquor Store's design and <br /> set. He stated Mr. Tillman is well-liked and respected by customers, employees, sales <br /> representauves and vendors, as well as city staff and that Mr. Tillman is one of the <br /> nicest guys he has ever known. <br /> Council thanked Mr. Tillman for his years of service. <br /> 6.3 Minnesota Wastewater Treatment Facility Operational Award <br /> Ms. Fischer presented the staff report. <br /> Council congratulated wastewater treatinent staff on their commendation.. <br /> 6.4 Introduction of New Employees <br /> Colleen Eddy <br /> .Mr. Beeman presented the staff report and introduced Ms. Eddy. <br /> Ms. Eddy discussed her background and noted she was excited to be working for the <br /> city. <br /> jessica lNoreen <br /> Ms. Allard presented the staff report and introduced Ms. Noreen <br /> Ms. Noreen discussed her background and noted she was excited to be working in <br /> Elk River. <br /> 7. Public Hearings <br /> There were no public hearings for this meeting. <br /> 8.1 Fats, Oils, Grease (FOG) Enforcement Plan and Best Management <br /> Practices <br /> Ms. Fischer presented the staff report. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by CoUncilmember <br /> Motin to adopt the Enforcement Response Plan and Best Management <br /> Practices for the Fats, Oils, and Grease Control Ordinance (Chapter 78 in Elk <br /> River City Code).
