• <br /> Cesar Daniel Donayre, Wetland Specialist <br /> Summary <br /> Education Mr. Donayre has 15 years of experience as an environmental inspector and more <br /> Bachelor of Arts- recently in wetland delineation and construction (RPR)inspection. From 1998 <br /> Environmental studies to 2003,he worked as an environmental inspector throughout the United States <br /> University of North Carolina with several firms on the installation of natural gas pipelines. <br /> Organizations Mr. Donayre joined Bolton&Menk,Inc. in 2003 and has served as a <br /> Wetland Professionals Association Residential Project Representative and an Environmental Review and Wetland <br /> Specialist.Mr. Donayre began wetland delineation,permitting and LGU duties <br /> Certifications in 2007. During this time,he has conducted delineations throughout Minnesota <br /> MnDOT Certification and Iowa,prepared delineation reports and conducted MnRAM analyses. These <br /> • Aggregate Production I activities were performed for a variety of projects,including platting purposes, <br /> • Bituminous street I private developments,road projects,linear pipe projects,mitigation and banking <br /> • Bituminous Street II site and for environmental reviews. <br /> • Concrete Field I <br /> • Grading Base I Mr. Donayre is responsible for monitoring and managing several wetland <br /> mitigation and wetland bank sites to ensure that they meet the standards set out <br /> MN Certified wetland Delineator by the Wetland Conservation Act(WCA). The results of each year's monitoring <br /> #1191 are submitted to the Board of Soil and Water Resources(BWSR) and the Army <br /> Corp of Engineers(ACOE)for review and concurrence. <br /> Mr. Donayre also serves as the Local Government Unit(LGU)for several <br /> client cities.
