intersection of Twin Lakes Road and the 171mY Avenue entrance into the Elk River Station Development(where it also <br /> intersects with the train depot entxaoce). I believe this intersection was considered for a crosswalk previously(when the <br /> train depot was being designed) but it was determined bobe unsafe hm put a crosswalk oralight there. Even ifa <br /> crosswalk could be put there, it would be too far out of the way for the children of the new building Kouse if they want to <br /> visit friend hm the rest of the Elk River Station development, Kids won't walk more than m block tm the south 10 cross the <br /> street to have to walk back even further. They will try to dart across the street and -unfortunately-the closest crossing <br /> path will be right mtm large turn in Twin Lakes Road. i drive that stretch adleast a few times a day and there are oogood <br /> mighOfioom.
