New Business <br /> 1. Parking Lot, Drainage and Grounds: Recommendation to have a consultant to come in for an <br /> assessment of the grounds. Landscaping and function of the grounds around the library to be <br /> evaluated and an action plan to be developed for the next 3 to 4 years. Irrigation and <br /> Maintenance of the grounds to be included. <br /> a. Future Irrigation <br /> b. Trees & Plants <br /> c. Parking Lot <br /> d. Drainage <br /> e. Gardens <br /> Will and Jayne will meet with and tour the grounds with consultants to bring forth needs and <br /> concerns. Coordination with the city will take place to review cost and maintenance of the <br /> proposals. Proposals will he brought back to the board for review. Minimum of two to three <br /> consultants. <br /> Mary Eberley MOVED AND Jayne Dietz SECOND TO APPROVE HAVING A <br /> CONSULTANT(S) COME TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR <br /> ENHANCEMENT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND FUNCTION OF THE LIBRARY <br /> GROUNDS. <br /> MOTION PASSED 5-0 <br /> 2. Meeting to be held with City Leaders to discuss what they want to see from the Library. <br /> Old Business: <br /> 1. Neighbor of the library had concerns about the buffer between the library and library grounds <br /> and the removal of trees.
