The transformer at Menards <br /> had a heating elbow that could not be removed and also had a few small oil leaks so we <br /> ended up scheduling an outage to change out that transformer. We sent the transformer <br /> away to get repaired. <br /> • Finished changing out 18 high pressure sodium light fixtures to LED fixtures on Freeport <br /> Avenue between Jackson Street and School Street. <br /> • Diversified completed annual inspections on the bucket and digger trucks. The <br /> inspections include: Visual/Operational, Magnetic Particle, Dielectric, Load and Acoustic <br /> Emission Testing. <br /> • A car hit a pole on February 15th on County Road 1. Elk River Police Department was a <br /> huge help with traffic control as the overhead wires were hanging over one lane of traffic. <br /> • The City shop does D.O.T.'s for our trucks and trailers.
