FOCUS 2000 <br /> <br />FOCUS 2000 represented the beginning of the City's journey to the future. The process that <br />began in July, 1993 and continued on into 1994 will be on-going. The FOCUS 2000 Steering <br />Committee composed of Dan Nelson (City Government Team), Bill Wilson (City Government <br />Team), Stefan Benson (Housing and Neighborhoods Team), Bob Easton (Housing and <br />Neighborhoods Team), and Brian Sjoberg (Growth, Development and Business Team), has <br />been charged by the City Council to remain active in overseeing the implementation process. <br /> <br />The Steering Committee was also given the responsibility of creating the Vision and Mission <br />Statements of the Community. Following are the statements which will be considered by the <br />City Council in September, 1994, for approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
