GOAL//3 To improve golf instruction services. <br />1) Objective: To develop at least 50 new players annually and maintain a regional <br />reputation for teaching, to enhance the image of Pebble Creek. <br />2) Key Action Steps: <br /> a. Inventory existing programs, services, pricing and equipment to <br /> determine if all needs are being met. <br /> b. Identify opportunities for improvement in the teaching arena. <br /> c. Survey existing and potential customers to determine if all needs have <br /> been met and identify which ones need to be considered. <br /> d. Develop a business plan with timelines to facilitate identified areas for <br /> improvement. <br /> e. Implement business plan. <br />3) Budget Requirements: <br /> a. Golf staff time <br /> b. Contact all youth sport committees <br /> b. Have Park and Recreation Committee review by-laws, board member <br /> rules and guidelines for approval <br /> c. Get council to approve and recognize each sports advisory committee. <br /> Only one committee will be recognized for participation with the city. <br />3) Budgetary Requirements/Implications: <br /> a.
