Planning Commission Minutes Page 3 <br /> January 14,2014 <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 4.3 Request by Hunter Development Group for Conditional Use Permit for <br /> Class I Restaurant (Noodles & Company) 18130 Zane St NW, Case No. CU <br /> 13-15- Public Hearing <br /> The staff report was presented by Zack Carlton. Staff recommended approval of the request <br /> with the conditions listed in the report. <br /> Chair Anderson opened the public hearing. There were not comments from the audience. <br /> Chair Anderson closed the public hearing. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Mark Konietzko and seconded by Commissioner Jeremy <br /> Johnson to recommend approval of the request for a Conditional Use Permit for a <br /> Class I restaurant with outdoor seating (Noodles & Company), Case No. Cu 13-15, <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Conditional Use Permit is not a building permit and the applicant must <br /> apply for and receive approval of all required permits before construction may <br /> begin. <br /> 2. The applicant must apply for and receive approval of all required sign permits <br /> before signage may be installed. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 4.4 Request by BWB Holdings, LLC/ERX Properties, LLC for Preliminary Plat <br /> Approval (Aggregate Commercial Second Addition), Case No. P 13-04 — <br /> Public Hearing <br /> The staff report was presented by Chris Leeseberg. Staff recommended approval of the <br /> request with the 16 conditions listed in the staff report. <br /> Chair Anderson opened the public hearing. <br /> Brent Hislop, Synergy Land Company,representative for the applicant—stated he has <br /> worked out some changes in the conditions with staff and has no issues. <br /> There being no further comments, Chair Anderson closed the public hearing. <br /> Commissioner Westberg stated that he was comfortable with the conditions and since the <br /> variance was approved,he could support a recommendation for approval. Commissioner <br /> Eric Johnson concurred. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Eric Johnson and Seconded by Commissioner Chad <br /> Westberg to recommend approval of the preliminary plat request for Aggregate <br /> Commercial Second Addition,with the conditions recommended by staff as follows: <br />
