Nancy Riddle, Zoning Administrator, presented the monthly Planning Advisory <br /> Commission Report for July 2002. The Board agreed by unanimous consent to accept <br /> the Planning Commission agenda as presented. <br /> 12. Discussion was held regarding a request for Residential Final Plat approval of The <br /> Backwoods Second Addition. <br /> Wergin/Nagorski unanimous to approve the Residential Final Plat of"The Backwoods Second <br /> Addition" consisting of 11 lots Legal: Outlot B The Backwoods Sec 32, Twp 34, Rge 27 <br /> Orrock Township General Description: 72.48 acres located on the SE corner of 233rd Avenue <br /> NW and 180`x' Street NW General Rural District and within the Transitional River District of <br /> the St. Francis River (Preliminary approved by County Board 06/04/02), as requested by Steve <br /> Pearson, as recommended by the Planning Commission with the following conditions: <br /> a) Park dedication fees are collected in the amount of $600.00 per lot; <br /> b) Developer will continue to work with the County Forester to take precautions to prevent <br /> Oak Wilt; <br /> c) Best Management Practices are used during all site alterations and construction. <br /> 13.
