Removal of leaves and debris from around building and obstacles by hand, rake or <br /> blowing. <br /> c. Power sweep or vacuum of turf areas to remove leaves, debris, and mouse damage, <br /> where needed. <br /> d. Removal of leaves from storm sewer grates and curb lines. <br /> e. Removal of tree wrap. <br /> f. Blowing or sweeping of sand and leaves from walkways and steps. <br /> g. Sweeping sand off the turf areas near drive surfaces. <br /> h. Removal of all collected debris from property for proper disposal. <br /> i. First mowing <br /> 2. Fall Clean-Up—A thorough clean-up will be completed by November 1.Fall clean-up will <br /> include: <br /> a.
