These three copies must be signed where indicated by <br />the individual(s) authorized to execute the agreement. You must also obtain <br />a resolution from your governing body authorizing the Elk River Police <br />Department to enter into a grant agreement with the State of Minnesota. The <br />resolution must indicate whO is authorized to sign the Grant Agreement. <br />Please ensure that the exact individual(s) authorized in the resolution are the <br />same individual(s) that actually sign the agreement. <br /> <br />After the appropriate signatures are obtained and the resolution adopted, <br />please return all three agreements and a certified copy of the resolution to the <br />address indicated in the Grant Agreement.
