We are within the project scope and budget for the City Hall ~ <br />Building addition and, as such, we are recommending that the majority <br />and awarded. The Public Safety Building bids, however, were over bu( <br />$560,000.00 when considering the entire project budget that includes f~ <br />architectural and engineering fees, etc. In an effort to bring the project <br />met with the Police and Fire Departments to determine what cuts couldl be made. If the proceeds <br />from the bond sales do not exceed $7,000,000.00 the following Scope'and Budget Changes would <br />be necessary to maintain the overall budget of $7,000,000.00.
