While not anticipated,if additional wetland impact occurs due to draining or other activities,the applicant will be responsible for providing additional wetland mitigation. The wetland impact and mitigation plans as originally approved and shown in the attached figures dated 11/18/13 are hereby continued to be approved per the WCA. This approval will be valid and run concurrent with the approval and sunset date of the Condition Use Permit. This permit will continue to be valid as long as the CUP is valid.
