These plans are <br /> attached and show wetland impact areas and wetland mitigation areas. Since mitigation is expected to <br /> occur after the mining is complete,it is understood that the mitigation will take time to be implemented. <br /> Attached to this NOD are the following: <br /> • City meeting minutes from 2004 approval <br /> • Impact and mitigation site plans,dated 11/18/13,which show the same impact and mitigation, <br /> but have been updated to show Plaisted Companies as the applicant. <br /> • Memo from WSB dated December 3,3013,summarizing the TEP meeting and other wetland <br /> findings. <br /> • Letter dated December 3,2013 from Anderson Engineering summarizing Wetland 6 and 10 as <br /> BWSR Forms 7-1-10 Page 1 of 3 <br />
