Successful experience in park master planning projects of similar type, size and <br /> setting. <br /> b. Demonstrated experience in coordination of project specifics with multiple entities. <br /> c. Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating public meetings. <br /> d. Successful experience in meeting project timetables and project budgets. <br /> e. List at least three references that are familiar with your firm's demonstrated <br /> experiences with similar projects. <br /> 3. Consultant's Fees and Costs (15% of Rating <br /> a. Demonstrated successful previous budget performance and experience in meeting <br /> project budgets. <br /> b. Financial information on ability of consultant to provide trained and experienced <br /> staff to accomplish work in time allotted. <br /> 4. Schedule (10% of Rating <br /> a. The consultant should provide a proposed project schedule and the staffing plan that <br /> will facilitate completion of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan in a timely <br /> manner. <br /> b. Number of on-site visits and meetings planned. <br /> SECTION 7. PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The following tentative schedule is anticipated for selection, contract negotiations and contract <br /> award. Contract award will be expected in November, 2013. Once a consultant firm has been <br /> selected,the actual planning process schedule should include all major tasks and milestones to be <br /> accomplished through the Parks and Recreation Master Plan process. <br /> 9 <br />
