Answer yes or no to indicate whether your regulatory mechanism(s)requires owners and operators of construction <br /> activity to develop site plans that incorporate the following erosion and sediment controls and waste controls as <br /> described in the Permit(Part III.D.4.a.(1)-(8)), and as listed below: <br /> 1. Best Management Practices(BMPs)to minimize erosion. ®Yes ❑ No <br /> 2. BMPs to minimize the discharge of sediment and other pollutants. ®Yes ❑ No <br /> 3.
