Attached for your review are the electric and water tariff sheets and pertinent policy <br /> sheets reflecting the proposed rate changes to satisfy the proposed budget. The proposed <br /> rate changes are the same as discussed at our October commission meeting. The electric <br /> rate increase will raise revenue by approximately $664,000, 5.42%, or 4 mils. The water <br /> rate increase will raise revenue by approximately $141,333 or 13.51%. The vast majority <br /> of the water rate increase is in the second tier caused by excess sprinkling.
