Adams <br /> Subject: 2004 Proposed Capital Budget <br /> Enclosed is the proposed 2004 Capital Budget for administration, electric, and water <br /> departments, along with the proposed 10 year forecast Capital Budget. Also, attached is <br /> a proposed Conservation Improvement Program (CIP) budget. <br /> The large extraordinary items in the 2004 Capital Budget are the following. <br /> Administration <br /> We will be moving into our new office space at City Hall in the January 2004, <br /> time frame. We propose to replace the computed server and upgrade to a <br /> windows operating system, cash registers, and copy machines. <br /> Water <br /> Inspection of the Auburn Street Water Tower will be done in September. This <br /> inspection will determine when this tower needs painting. <br /> Finish SCADA system <br /> Start GIS system <br /> Electric <br /> Continue service territory acquisition. <br /> Construct feeder on Co. Rd. 21 to support east service territory acquisition. <br /> Construct feeder on Co. Rd. 33 to support west service territory acquisition. <br />
